Because Distressed Properties are a large percentage of the Phoenix metro market, you want an agent who is experienced in these types of transactions on your side. Stephanie knows how to write, negotiate and successfully close short sale and foreclosure properties for Buyers. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, she held various marketing, sales, contracts and management positions for over 20 years. A focus on customer care is the common thread woven throughout her career, including Real Estate, where she combines caring, a high energy level, business skills, and a systematic approach to assist clients across the Valley realize their Real Estate goals and dreams.
Stephanie earned a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Missouri and a MBA from Arizona State University. In addition to memberships in the National, Arizona, and Southeast Valley Regional Associations of REALTORs, she is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a designation earned through transaction experience and training specifically aimed at providing superior representation for Buyer clients; a NAR-certified GREEN agent, providing information and resources to buy, sell or upgrade a home for energy efficiency and sustainability; and she obtained her CDPE designation so she can assist clients in preventing foreclosure of their home or help them navigate the Short Sale process as a buyer.*
On a personal note, she is married to a veterinarian and loves to run, travel, read, hike, photograph nature, taste wine, eat great food, support health-related charities, and, occasionally, golf (but not all at the same time!). She has Border Collies named Cassidy and Sly who keep her on her toes. Steph was recently an assistant coach for Girls on the Run, has completed several marathons, and plans to run a few scenic half marathons in the coming months.
